Karl Zabiello

Karl Zabiello has a diverse and extensive work experience. Karl started their career at Crowe Horwath LLP in 2008, where they worked as an Audit Senior Staff until 2012. In 2012, they joined SunCoke Energy and steadily moved up the ranks. Karl served as a Senior Internal Auditor from August 2012 to December 2015, followed by roles as an Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Manager, and Senior Manager of Accounting & Treasury. From 2019 to 2021, they held the position of Manager of Corporate Accounting and Treasury. In 2021, they took on the role of Director of Accounting & Assistant Treasurer, before being promoted to Vice President and Controller in 2023 at SunCoke Energy.

Karl Zabiello pursued their education at Northern Illinois University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accountancy from 2005 to 2007. Later, they continued their studies at the same university and received a Master of Accountancy Science (M.A.S.) degree in 2008.
