Thomas Manley

Thomas Manley is an experienced engineering professional with a background in maintenance, reliability, and project management. After retiring in May 2022, Thomas held various roles at SunCoke Energy from September 2011, including Maintenance and Reliability Engineer and Project Engineer, where responsibilities included managing capital projects and local plant improvements for the Middletown location, as well as overseeing configuration management and performance improvement initiatives. Prior to SunCoke Energy, Thomas served as Corporate Engineer at The Newark Group, focusing on capital project coordination and process optimization for multiple recycled paperboard mills, and as Plant Engineer at Jefferson Smurfit Corp, managing power and maintenance departments. Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy.
