Previous roles at Suncor include specializing in government relations, where advocacy efforts centered on clean hydrogen production, and senior advisory positions that involved stakeholder engagement strategies, regulatory compliance, and the development of consultation processes. Adam's early career includes a constituency assistant role at the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, and academic qualifications consist of an Applied Degree in Policy Studies from Mount Royal University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from the University of Alberta.
