Alana Schoepp

Alana Schoepp is an experienced professional in data visualization and project delivery, currently serving as the Manager of Data Visualization at Suncor since February 2022. In this role, Alana leads a team to govern integrated reporting and manage the Power BI platform. Prior experience includes a tenure at AltaML as the Manager of Project Delivery, where Alana oversaw AI/ML projects and developed a Responsible AI framework. Additionally, Alana spent over 14 years at Shell, holding positions such as Digital Transformation Specialist and Sr. Geophysicist, where strategic initiatives led to significant financial value and operational improvements. Alana holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Alberta and a Master of Science in Time Series Analysis, Geophysics, from the University of Calgary.
