Bruce Willoughby

Bruce Willoughby, P.Eng., PMP, currently serves as a Senior Project Advisor at Suncor, focusing on the Base Plant Coke Boiler Replacement Project since June 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Controls and Construction Coordinator at Klohn Crippen Berger, where responsibilities encompassed geotechnical engineering, slope stability analysis, and project coordination for medium to large-scale projects. Additionally, Bruce acted as the Chairman Post-Secondary for the Consulting Engineers of Alberta, facilitating communication between the University of Alberta Engineering and industry professionals. Previously, as a Civil Engineering Technologist at Clifton Associates Ltd, Bruce conducted various geotechnical soil tests. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, earned between 2007 and 2012.
