Joey Roa

Joey Roa, PMP, is an accomplished director currently leading the Digital Delivery - Service Enablement at Suncor since May 2012, where responsibilities include fostering a learning organization and enhancing workflow efficiency. Roa has played a pivotal role in introducing and scaling agile practices as the Head of the Agile Center of Excellence and DevOps and has managed significant portfolios in prior positions at Talisman Energy, AESO, and BC Hydro. In addition to corporate roles, Roa serves as a corporate trainer and public speaker, specializing in project and program management education. With a strong academic background including degrees from Harvard Business School and Columbia University, Roa continues to contribute to the field through various educational initiatives and professional engagements.
