Vincent Boudreau

Vincent Boudreau is an experienced professional in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as the Head of Employee and Labour Relations for the Downstream Division at Suncor since November 2022. Prior to this role, Boudreau held key positions, including Country Director of Human Resources & Labor Relations for Canada at Molson Coors Beverage Company from March 2021 to November 2022, and Director of Human Resources Operations for the Americas at Bombardier Transportation from February 2019 to January 2021. Boudreau's earlier roles include Country Director of Human Resources at MVT Canadian Bus Inc., and Director of Human Resources & Administration at Southern Railway of British Columbia Limited from November 2010 to October 2015. Boudreau holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal and a B.Sc. in Industrial Relations from Université Laval.
