Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at Suncor Energy is responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational learning and development, and fostering a positive work culture across the company. This includes driving strategies to attract and retain top talent, developing training programs to enhance employee skills, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The team works collaboratively to support the company's overall mission and operational needs within its Oil Sands, Exploration and Production (E&P), and Refining and Marketing segments.
