Amanda Loxsom

Amanda Loxsom is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Executive General Manager - People and Culture at Suncorp Group since October 2010. In this pivotal role, Amanda collaborates closely with leadership in the Insurance and Technology sectors to implement innovative people strategies for over 8,500 employees. Prior to Suncorp, Amanda held key positions at Westpac, Lloyds Banking Group, IMC Global Derivatives, ANZ, Merrill Lynch HSBC, and earlier roles at Westpac. Amanda's academic qualifications include a Master of Commerce from UNSW, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Canberra, and executive training at Columbia Business School and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
