Fahrena Mitchelson

Fahrena Mitchelson is an experienced executive in customer service performance insights, currently serving as Executive Manager at Suncorp Group since March 2012, where responsibilities include developing integrated insights across Customer Service and Digital Distribution channels. Prior to this role, Fahrena held various positions at Veda Advantage from June 2009 to October 2011, including Business Systems Senior Advisor and Senior Leader in TMF Operations. Fahrena also worked at Suncorp from June 2002 to May 2009 as National Manager for Secure Sentinel and Manager of Residential Construction Warranty. Earlier career experience includes a role as Team Leader for Bank Reconciliations at Royal & SunAlliance and Internal Auditor at Guardian National. Fahrena holds a Diploma in General Insurance from ANZIIF, completed between 2004 and 2006, and a Matric from Fairvale High School in Durban, South Africa, graduated in 1989.
