Jessica is currently working as a Change & Learning Lead at Suncorp Group, where Jessica has held multiple leadership roles. Prior to this, Jessica has experience in management, sales, and customer service roles at Lovisa Pty Ltd, Ed Harry, Gloria Jean's Coffees, and other organizations. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Griffith University and a certificate in Fundamental Designs from TAFE Queensland.
