Meaghan Sellers is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Climate Capability Advisor at Suncorp Group, focusing on the Net Zero Transition Plan. With a career at Suncorp spanning over a decade, Meaghan has held multiple leadership roles including Group Learning and Operations Leader, Maintenance Design Leader, Instructional Designer, and Training Capability Leader, contributing to learning operations, team management, and instructional design across various programs. Prior to joining Suncorp, Meaghan developed management and operational skills as a Call Centre Team Leader, Sales & Service Retention Specialist, and Consultant Coach during time at Suncorp, and as a McDonald's Family Restaurants Manager.
