Nicola Dale

Nicola Dale is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as the People & Culture Manager for Strategic Advice & Delivery at Suncorp Group since August 2014. Nicola has held various roles at Suncorp Group, including People and Culture Advisor (Senior HR Advisor) and People Experience Consultant (HR Advisor). Prior to this, Nicola worked at Vodafone New Zealand as an HR Support Specialist and Recruitment Consultant from January 2011 to July 2014. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in International Business and Management from The University of Auckland, completed in 2010, and obtained NCEA Level 3 from Papatoetoe High School in 2005.
