Peter Yen is an experienced Agile Coach currently serving as Tribe Agile Coach for Suncorp Group since August 2021, responsible for leading transformational initiatives in the Digital Insurer domain and the Website and Digital Sales Tribe. Prior experience at IAG includes coaching customer technology teams and driving the development of a new Digital Claims experience through Agile methodologies. Peter has held several roles focused on Agile coaching, product ownership, and strategic product planning across various companies, including SP Health and TZ Inc. Educationally, Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from UNSW.
