Navjot Kaur

Navjot Kaur has extensive experience in workforce planning and real-time analysis, currently serving as the Lead Workforce Planner at Suncorp New Zealand since September 2016. Prior to this role, Navjot held various positions, including Workforce Planner and Real Time Analyst at the same company. Before joining Suncorp, Navjot worked at Sitel from July 2012 to August 2016, where roles included Real Time Analyst Manager and Customer Service Professional. Navjot holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing from Unitec (2011-2012) and a Bachelor of Computer Applications in Information Technology from GNA Institute of Management and Technology (2006-2009).
