Jacob Gotchall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jacob started their career as an Operations Manager at Staffmark, where they were responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and terminating employees. Jacob also handled day-to-day operations and actively promoted the company's services. After five years, Jacob transitioned to the role of Director of Marketing and Admissions at Brighter Living Assisted Living, where they focused on outside marketing and bringing in new admissions from hospitals and other healthcare facilities. Jacob then moved on to work as a Home Care Specialist at Care Advantage, Inc., where they marketed to various healthcare facilities to increase the company's private duty census. Following their time at Care Advantage, Jacob served as a Community Liaison at Legacy Hospice, where they played a crucial role in marketing and developing relationships with hospitals and other healthcare providers in the West End of Richmond. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales Marketing at Suncrest Hospice.
Jacob Gotchall attended Milligan College from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management, Human Resources, and Photography. In 2021, Jacob began pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at East Tennessee State University, with a focus on Human Services, General. Their education history shows a strong interest in various fields, including business, human resources, photography, and now public health.
