Paul Murphy

Paul Murphy is a respected non-executive director and advocate for change in the aged care and retirement living sectors. With extensive governance experience across various organizations, including notable roles at Benevolent Living and Catholic Super, Paul has held positions such as Chair of the Risk Management Committee and Non-Executive Director at Sundale Ltd. Currently, Paul serves as Principal Advisor for Ageing Australia, focusing on retirement living policy and member engagement. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
