David Hatch

David Hatch is the Principal FPA at Sundance Bay since January 2023. Prior to this, David held the position of Real Estate Acquisitions and FPA Manager at Sundance Bay Multifamily. With a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University, David has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, financial compliance, market research, and managing accounting practices. David has also worked at the BYU Office of Technology Transfer, Sundance Capital Group, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and Platinum Protection.
