Mark Maughan is currently the Managing Director of Sundance Bay Net Lease Investments. Prior to this role, Mark was the Vice President at Hanover Financial, LLC, the Managing Principal at Summit Net Lease, and the Director of Commercial Lending at Rockshore Capital. Mark has also worked in construction lending at Washington Mutual and Wachovia. Mark holds a Master of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University and has been in the real estate industry since 2005.
