David Rivera

David Rivera is an experienced project manager and estimator currently working at Sundance Builders, LLC since February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an owner's representative at Uhaul from July 2019 to August 2022, and as a loan officer at United Pacific Mortgage from May 2010 to August 2022. David also held the role of customer service and loan officer manager at World Travel between 2011 and July 2019. Earlier positions include serving as a sales agent at Pacific Monarch Resorts and a customer service manager at Pacific Monarch from August 2010 to September 2011. David Rivera's career began in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included supervising munitions handling and operations from April 2002 to October 2009. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations, and an Associate's degree in Weapons Systems Technology from Liberty University, along with completing various military leadership and technical schools.
