Shilpa Rastogi currently serves as the Assistant Education Manager at Sundance College since September 2022. Prior to this, Shilpa held the position of Retail Supervisor at The Pandya International Inc from March 2021 to September 2022. With extensive experience in facilities and workplace recovery services, Shilpa worked as the Assistant Manager at Sungard Availability Services, India, from January 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing disaster recovery operations and overseeing a UK-based online process. Shilpa also served as the Manager of Administration at Amplifon from August 2012 to December 2016, leading administrative and facility management for a network of clinics across multiple cities. Early career roles included HR Commercial Executive positions at Reliance Telecommunication and Reliance Communications, as well as Administration Manager at Aptech Computer Education. Shilpa completed a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Development from XLRI Jamshedpur and holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Delhi University.
