Alice Lian

Alice Lian is a seasoned BIM professional currently serving as a BIM Manager (Technical) at Sundart Holdings Limited since September 2021, where involvement includes significant interior fit-out projects such as the HKAA T2C and T2E JSSC works, Ho Man Tin Station development, and others. Prior to this role, Alice held positions including Sr BIM Modeler at Gammon Construction Limited and BIM Operator at Steensen Varming, contributing to various engineering and architectural projects. Alice has also imparted knowledge as a Visiting Lecturer in Revit MEP at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Academically, Alice holds a Master of Science in Integrated Project Delivery from The University of Hong Kong, a Master of Science in Land Surveying and Geo-Informatics from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Geodesy and Geomatics from Wuhan University.
