Marshall Jones

Marshall Jones is an accomplished professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience in hospitality strategy and nonprofit management. As the owner of Bon Vivant Consulting since 2013, Marshall has developed expertise in sales and investment strategies, crowdfunding campaign management, and event organization. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Sunday Lunchbox, a nonprofit aimed at improving access to healthy foods in Austin, Marshall has also held key positions including Partner at The Lunch Lab and Unwashed Food, and Managing Partner at Sumptuary. Marshall's background is further strengthened by a tenure as Executive Director of the Wine and Food Foundation of Texas, where significant financial support for culinary education was provided. Prior to entering the food and beverage field, Marshall gained valuable experience in investment management at Wells Fargo Advisors and UBS Wealth Management, demonstrating a robust blend of culinary passion and financial acumen. Marshall holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
