Eric Anderson

Eric Anderson currently serves as the Lead Sourcing Department at Sunday Natural since 2023. Previously, Eric was the Business Development Manager for the UK at foodcircle from 2019 to 2022, focusing on raw material trading and financial technology solutions. Eric has extensive experience in sales and marketing, having worked as the Sales & Marketing Manager for North America at Aoi Tea Company and co-founding Superlative Coffee/NOBLE Matcha, where Eric developed retail products and e-commerce platforms. Additional roles include Marketing Communications Coordinator at Vans and Marketing & Content Associate at Vantage Point Media, where Eric managed digital content and user engagement. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society with a focus in Spanish from the University of California, Davis, and has completed courses in partnership marketing and business branding.
