Naomi Simmons, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Naomi most recently worked as the Order Fulfillment Manager at Sunday Riley since 2022. Prior to that, Naomi worked at CEVA Logistics from 2019 to 2022, where they held multiple roles. In their role as an Operations Analyst for Ocean Freight Operations - Ford OLLP, they managed and analyzed over 1,000 FORD Automotive shipments, ensuring document accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Naomi was also responsible for ground transportation operations and played a key role in optimizing freight delivery to General Motors CAMI assembly facility. Naomi conducted on-site logistics software training and resolved issues promptly to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, Naomi collaborated on GM's "Project V" as an Operations Project Coordinator, overseeing the transportation of COVID ventilators.

Before their time at CEVA Logistics, Naomi worked at Burnett Ventures as a Manager from 2017 to 2019. Prior to Burnett Ventures, Naomi worked at Buzz 567 as an Assistant District Manager from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they effectively managed daily operations, oversaw a team of 13 members, and focused on enhancing client services, increasing revenue, and improving employee satisfaction. Naomi also played a crucial role in training and onboarding staff, emphasizing efficient customer service and positive interactions.

Naomi Simmons, MBA, has a solid educational background in business administration and logistics. Naomi obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Global Operations Management from the University of Houston-Victoria in 2022. Prior to their MBA, Naomi also completed a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the same institution from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Naomi has also earned a certification as a COVID-19 Contact Tracer from Coursera and John Hopkins University in July 2020.
