Currently serving as both Recruitment Manager and Guest Services Manager at Sunday River Skiway since December 2020, Jessica has previously held the role of Corporate Pastry Chef and Head of R&D for multiple establishments including Pastry Art, Jan's Farmhouse, Vivra Chocolate, and Finale Desserts from September 2010 to August 2020. Jessica began their career as a Pastry Chef at Mint Bistro, 42 Restaurant, The Barn at Bedford Post, and Pure Taqueria Franchising USA, LLC, from November 2004 to August 2010.
