Lindsey Comeau is an experienced professional with a strong background in user research, customer service, and customer experience. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Head of User Research and Customer Service at Sunday since April 2019, Lindsey also contributes as a Member of the Chief of Staff Network and serves as an Advisor at OneGuide, providing coaching in customer service. Prior to these roles, Lindsey was General Manager of Design Services at Artifact Uprising®, where a new business framework was developed and scaled to a team of seven, generating over $170k in revenue. Additional experience includes various roles at Artifact Uprising® focused on customer service and experience, as well as assisting with design and project management at Into the West and The Home Ranch. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science with a concentration in Hospitality Management from The University of Alabama and has studied at John Cabot University.
