Shannon Dolan

Shannon Dolan is an experienced professional in behavior analysis and customer service. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician at the Behavior Analysis Center for Autism since August 2020, Shannon applies Applied Behavior Analysis principles to teach essential skills to children with autism and related disorders. Prior experience includes roles as a Behavior Technician at both the Applied Behavior Center for Autism and the Behavior Analysis Center for Autism, where Shannon honed expertise in behavior intervention. Further back in the career, Shannon worked at H&M's Customer Service Corporate Office and as a Key Holder at Francesca's Collections, where responsibilities ranged from customer service to store management. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Southern Indiana.
