Nik Chapman

Nik Chapman's work experience includes being the Head of Events at Sunderland AFC since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director at Sunderland Business Improvement District (BID) starting from March 2017. They also held the role of Chair at Sunderland City Centre Pubwatch from May 2015. Before their current position, Nik worked at JD Wetherspoon, where they held the role of General Manager from August 2010 until December 2022, and various other roles from October 2004 to August 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Service Trainer at People 1st International from August 2017 to March 2019.

Nik Chapman's education history begins in 2011 when they attended Leeds Beckett University for a Professional Diploma in Leisure Retail Management. They completed this program in 2012. In 2017, Nik attended People 1st and studied Principles of Customer Service, earning a World Host Trainer qualification.

In 2018, Nik returned to Leeds Beckett University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Practice with honors. They completed this program in 2019. During the same year, Nik became a member of the Chartered Management Institute, earning the title of Chartered Member.

In 2021, Nik enrolled in the Chartered Management Institute again, this time as a Fellow, and obtained the title of Chartered Fellow. They also began pursuing a Master of International Business Administration with distinction at the University of Sunderland, which is expected to be completed in 2023.

Throughout their education, Nik specialized in business management and gained extensive knowledge and qualifications in customer service principles.
