Harsimran Baweja

Harsimran Baweja is an accomplished Area Manager at Sundial Growers since August 2021, responsible for planning staffing, training, and performance evaluations to enhance sales and service programs. Prior to this role, Harsimran served as Store Manager at ALCANNA from June 2018 to July 2021 and at BMT Corporation from May 2014 to June 2016, where responsibilities included creating work schedules and implementing merchandising strategies to increase customer engagement. Additionally, Harsimran worked as an RBC Ambassador at RBC from November 2017 to May 2018, engaging with guests and enhancing their experiences through educational tours. Harsimran is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at NAIT, having previously earned a Business Administration Diploma in Accounting from NorQuest College and a High School Diploma focused on Business/Commerce from Peace Public School.
