Navroop Sandhawalia started their work experience in 2007 as a Financial Planning Analyst at Pepsi Bottling Group. In 2008, they worked at Bell Canada as a Manager - Financial Analyst, where they provided accurate forecasts and improved reporting methods. From 2010 to 2023, they worked at Loblaw Companies Limited, holding various roles including Senior Director - Data Science & Merchandising Analytics and Vice President - Finance. Finally, they are set to start a new role as Vice President - Finance at SNDL Inc. in 2023.

Navroop Sandhawalia obtained a H.BBA degree in Business from Wilfrid Laurier University, from the years 2005 to 2010.
