Venkat Raghavan L has extensive work experience in various roles related to manufacturing, metallurgy, and business management. VENKAT currently holds the position of Plant Head/DGM Manufacturing at Sundram Fasteners Limited, where they are responsible for developing and implementing the business strategy for the plant. Prior to this, Venkat worked as an Associate General Manager/Head of Laboratory at IRCLASS Systems and Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where they managed the Material Testing lab and led business growth. VENKAT also worked as a Global Material Specialist (Metallurgist) at Emerson Automation Solutions and as a Divisional Manager (Chief Metallurgist) at Sundram Fasteners Limited.
