Keith Warren

Mr Warren started off his career as an article clerk with KPMG and went on to join Yum Restaurants (owners of KFC and Pizza Hut) after three years. He worked with Yum Restaurants in several capacities for over 20 years – starting off as a Financial Accountant in its South African business, working through various finance roles to peak as the Financial Control Director in Australia and New Zealand before being appointed as Market Manager for Pizza Hut in 1999 and later Operations Director in South Africa in 2004. He left Yum Restaurants after serving as the Managing Director overseeing the African business for over four years in 2012. As Managing Director at Yum Brands International, he was a member of the company’s international leadership team and oversaw 720 restaurants generating over US$1b in revenues across 9 countries in Africa.

Keith has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Accounting from Witwatersrand University and he is a Chartered Accountant in South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
