James McNeill

James McNeill is an accomplished tax executive with extensive experience in international tax functions. Currently serving as Chief Tax Officer at SunEdison since 2007, James oversees the global tax function and ensures statutory compliance and local GAAP accounting for the company’s international subsidiaries. Prior to this role, James held the position of Senior Director of International Tax at Wal-Mart from 2001 to 2007 and served as International Tax Director at Hasbro from 1988 to 2000. James holds a degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
