Lars Rosenberg

Lars Rosenberg has extensive experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects. Lars began their career as a System Architect at DG BANK AG in 1998 before moving on to roles such as Technology Consultant & System Architect and Chief Architect at Amadeus Germany GmbH. From 2007 to 2014, Lars worked as an IT Project Manager at Star Alliance Services GmbH, delivering successful IT projects with global customer teams and multiple outsourcing partners. Lars then joined Deutsche Börse as a Senior Project Manager, where they designed and introduced Project Portfolio Management processes for the entire enterprise. Currently, Lars is the Head of Project Management at SunExpress, leading a team of project managers to deliver the company's project portfolio.

Lars Rosenberg completed their education history at The Philipp University of Marburg, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science (Diplom Informatiker) from 1992 to 1998. Before that, they completed their Abitur at Gymnasium Bremervörde between 1984 and 1991.

In terms of additional certifications, Lars obtained several professional credentials throughout their career. In 2006, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) from The Project Management Institute (PMI). Lars further enhanced their skills with certifications such as Certified SCRUM Master from SCRUM Alliance in 2011, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from PMI in 2012, and Program Management Professional (PgMP) from PMI in 2019. Additionally, Lars obtained certifications in Setting Up a PMO from LinkedIn in 2019, Agile Hybrid Project Pro Micro-Credential from PMI in 2020, and Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master from the Project Management Institute in 2022.
