Susan Low, MSB MSIT, is a seasoned professional in implementation operations with extensive experience in managing onboarding and implementations across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Implementation Operations at SunFire since March 2021, Susan previously held the role of Senior Implementation Specialist at Everbridge, where responsibilities included onboarding clients ranging from state and local governments to Fortune 10 companies. Prior to that, Susan worked as a Software Implementation Engineer at Forward Advantage, focusing on data migrations for healthcare organizations, and as a Senior Consultant at Soft Trac, LLC, providing installation and training services for not-for-profit solutions. Susan holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University, a Master of Science in Business from Husson University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
