Hannah Hilker

Hannah Hilker serves as the Manager of Talent Development at Sunflower Electric Power Corporation since November 2020, and previously fulfilled the role of Talent Acquisition Administrator. Prior experience includes positions as a Training Specialist and Senior Administrative Assistant at the Management Development Center at FHSU from July 2017 to November 2020, as well as a Marketing Coordinator at Visit Wichita from May 2015 to May 2017. Hannah's earlier roles include Graduate Teaching Assistant at Wichita State University, focusing on general education speech courses, and Assistant Teacher at the Southwestern College Learning Center, where responsibilities included lesson planning and mentoring. Hannah also served as an Academic Mentor for athletic teams and international students, and had a brief internship as a Social Media/Marketing Intern at VentureTime Travel. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Southwestern College.
