Lynn Schroeder

Lynn Schroeder, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in electric utility design and protection. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Engineering Design, Protection, and Planning at Sunflower Electric Power Corporation since February 2019, Lynn previously held the role of Senior Engineer in Protection and Control. Prior experience includes manager of Electric Utility Design at MKEC Engineering, Inc. from 2015 to January 2019 and various positions at Westar Energy from 1990 to 2015, culminating as the Manager of Substation Protection and Control Engineering. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University.
