Nicole Bradberry

Nicole Bradberry currently serves as the Chair for Mentors and Judges at the Women's Health Innovation Network since August 2024. As the Founder and Managing Partner at Sunflower Health Advisors since November 2023, Bradberry focuses on supporting entrepreneurs in the healthcare sector with strategic guidance. In addition to roles at Optmycare and the University of North Florida as an Advisory Board Member, Bradberry contributes to Deep Risk Management, LLC, as an Advisory Board Member, and to Empactful Capital LLC as both an Operating Partner and Special Advisor. With a commitment to health equity, Bradberry is a Board Member at Spatially Health and a Convening Panel Member at State of Reform, which aims to enhance collaboration in healthcare policies. Nicole founded the HealthChiefs networking group in North Florida and also participates as a member of the Healthcare Summit at Jackson Hole. Bradberry holds a BS in Statistics/Math from the University of Florida, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
