Sara Gena MSN, RN, RNC-NIC currently serves as the Manager of Case Management at Sunflower Health Plan, a role held since March 2023. With extensive experience at Saint Luke's Health System since 2014, Sara has worked as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse and a NICU Clinical Coordinator. From September 2021 to March 2023, Sara held the position of Supervisor at GEHA Health and also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Kansas for a brief period in 2020. Sara holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education from the University of Arkansas Grantham and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Rockhurst University-Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
