Jodie Crowley

Jodie Crowley, PHR, currently serves as the Chief People & Operations Officer at Sunflower Therapeutics since April 2024. With a background as a Human Resources Consultant at Daye HR Solutions, LLC since 2018, Jodie founded the company to assist small start-ups in developing effective human resources practices and a high-performance culture. Jodie's experience includes significant roles such as Sr. Director of Human Resources at Foundation Medicine, and Director of Human Resources and Office Administration at OXiGENE, Inc. From 1996 to 2005, Jodie held various positions in human resources and office administration. Jodie earned a PHR certification from Northeastern University in 2007.
