Christiane Würdemann

Chris is an experienced Corporate Finance specialist with both legal and financial background. She brings 20+ years’ experience in raising capital and advising some of the world’s largest companies on finance transactions (asset based finance, acquisition finance, structured finance and restructuring), most recently as a Corporate Finance executive at Zola Electric. She was educated in the Netherlands, USA, Italy and South Africa and started her career as a financing lawyer at Clifford Chance. Chris has a close relationship with Africa has been involved in several human interest projects on the continent.
