Nico Tyabji

Nico joined SunFunder in 2016 and is responsible for business development and other external partnerships. A native Londoner, prior to SunFunder he covered the European clean energy transition at Bloomberg New Energy Finance, and initiated BNEF's work on off-grid solar and energy access. This included co-authoring the Off-grid Solar Market Trends Report and coordinating Climatescope Africa.

Nico has a Masters degree in International Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs in New York, and a Bachelor's degree in International Development and Philosophy from the University of Leeds.
