Edward Watkiss

Edward Watkiss has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Edward began their career in 2009 as a Junior Design Engineer at Watkiss Automation. In 2013, they moved into the role of Mechanical Design Engineer at the same company. In 2014, they took on a role as a Cyclist - Team Rider at Team Corley Cycles. In 2015, they began working as a Freelance Product Design at SunGod, where they continue to work in the role of Head of Product since 2021. In 2016, they joined Farrells as a Business Development, Marketing & Communications, followed by a role as Business Development Assistant and then Architectural Assistant. In 2018, they founded design by ed, where they currently work as a Designer & Founder.

Edward Watkiss attended Bedford School from 1997 to 2009, where they completed their high school education. Edward then attended Newcastle University from 2010 to 2013, graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) in Architecture.
