Zoe Charlotte Watkiss has a wealth of experience in the corporate world. Zoe Charlotte began their career in 2009 as an Account Management Intern at The Corporate Executive Board. Following this, they founded Hats for the Hill in the same year. In 2010, they joined L'Oréal as a National Account Executive for Asda and Waitrose, and then later in the same year as a National Account Executive for Waitrose and Morrisons. Zoe Charlotte also completed the Graduate Management Trainee Scheme at L'Oréal in 2010. In 2013, they founded SunGod and also became the National Account Manager for Morrisons, Coop & Feel Unique at Kao Brands UK.

Zoe Charlotte Watkiss attended The University of Manchester from 2005 to 2009, graduating with a First Class (Honours) in International Management with American Business Studies. In 2007 and 2008, they participated in an Academic Exchange Program at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, earning an International Business degree.
