María Arroyo Herrero has held various roles in the engineering field since 2018. Beginning in 2018, they were a Process Engineer at BSH Home Appliances Group. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Process Engineer at ZALUX, where they were responsible for developing, implementing, and launching new luminaires, as well as managing and maintaining product master data using SAP. In 2021, they moved to Forestalia as a Project Engineer, where they were in charge of pre-designing infrastructures, drafting and reviewing documents, and managing authorization procedures. Currently, they are a PV Project Manager at Sunhero, where they are responsible for organizing the Central Area, planning and executing 300 kWp of residential self-consumption systems, and managing and coordinating all stakeholders involved in the project.
María Arroyo Herrero has a comprehensive educational background. María obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Cantabria in 2016, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Linköping University in 2015, and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza in 2018. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Solar Energy for Engineers, Architects and Code Inspectors from Coursera, and a certification in Fundamentals of GIS from Coursera. In 2022, they obtained a certification in MPV Solar Reference from Accredible, and a certification in Tramitación de proyectos de autoconsumo from Accredible. María is currently pursuing a TheMPVSolarReference Full 360 in Business and Tech Solar Photovoltaic expert-Energía fotovoltaica from TheMPVSolarReference.
