Lisa Celaschi

Lisa Celaschi is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee benefits, compensation, compliance, and HR operations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Total Rewards & Compliance at Sunland Asphalt & Construction, LLC since June 2021, Lisa plays a key role in HR leadership. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Services Officer II at the State of Arizona, Attorney General's Office, from August 2014 to March 2021, where responsibilities encompassed full employee life-cycle management, training, benefits administration, and support for over 300 employees. Earlier, Lisa was a Corporate Payroll & Logistics Coordinator at Fiesta Canning, focusing on talent acquisition, payroll processing, and compliance reporting. Lisa holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Paradise Valley Community College.
