Veronica Escalante, EIT, CFM, is a skilled engineer with a background in civil engineering, holding a BS degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Currently serving as an Engineer In Training at Sunland Group, Inc. since May 2018, Veronica has accumulated extensive experience in managing TxDOT Transportation Infrastructure Fund projects across Texas. Prior to this role, Veronica held multiple positions at GrantWorks, Inc. from February 2013 to April 2018, including Associate Engineer, Senior Transportation Project Manager, Transportation Project Manager, and Community Development Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing grants for TxCDBG and GLO Disaster Recovery Funds and overseeing labor standards within community development projects.
