Kenneth Potter

Kenneth Potter is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technology management, client solutions, and network systems. Currently serving as Information Technology Manager and System Administrator at Sunless, Inc. since January 2019, Kenneth oversees daily IT operations utilizing Meraki's LAN/WAN/VPN and wireless technologies across multiple locations, managing on-premise Active Directory and Azure servers along with O365, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Engineer at Chi Corporation, where Kenneth collaborated with clients to design tailored solutions, and as a Surveillance Technician at Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park, focusing on network management for HD video systems and access controls. Kenneth also held supervisory and project management positions at K&R Communications, managing IT infrastructure projects, and provided computer and network support at Summit County Educational Service Center.
