Roxanna Rojas

Roxanna Rojas has worked in various roles since 2007. Roxanna began with an internship at Instituto Mexicano del Petróleo in 2007, where they developed basic wet laboratory skills and assisted in the ASTM D1319 Fluorescent Indicator Adsorption (FIA) certification. In 2010, they were promoted to Analyst Expert, where they managed ASTM methods and followed proper GMP documentation, method qualification, test method preparation, development, and analysis. In 2015, they moved to Schlage Locks as a Chemical Engineer, where they analyzed concentrations of the different plating (copper, nickel, chromium, and alloys), and powder coating tanks ensuring quality by following standard operation procedures. Roxanna also performed Hull cell analysis and thickness testing to release all lines of electroplating for week load, and established 5S methodology in laboratory spaces. In 2016, they joined Solplicity as a Senior Energy Consultant, where they designed optimal installation of solar panels depending on usage and preference of every customer, and had full knowledge of first generation monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic cells to educate customers on product and train entry-level staff. In 2018, they joined Sunlight Solar, Inc. and held roles as Director Of Business Operations, Business Development and Operations Manager, and Operations Manager.

Roxanna Rojas has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from CETYS Universidad, with a focus in Upper Management & Marketing, which they completed in 2017. Roxanna also has an Ingeniería Química Industrial degree from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, with a focus in Ingeniería Ambiental, which they completed in 2008. Additionally, Roxanna has a Quality Management ISO 9001:2008 certification from Alttos Group.
